Please note: These rules were last updated on and come into effect 7 March 2024.
1. Bonus types: From time to time, we may offer certain promotional offers or rewards (“Bonuses”) on LiveScore Bet which may include the following:
a) Free Bet Tokens – non-withdrawable tokens that may be used to place Bets (excluding wagering on Games) on the Website, as further detailed in section 4 below;
b) Free Spins – free spins (sometimes restricted to selected Games) which may be made available as part of various promotions on the Website, as further detailed in section 5 below;
c) Cash – bonus cash credited to your Account as part of various promotions on the Website.
d) Live Casino Bonus – A bonus fund or type, like casino chips (sometimes restricted to selected Live Casino Games) credited to your Account or Bonus Balance, as applicable, as part of various promotions on the Website, as further detailed in section 6 below.
2. Conditions of Bonuses: Some of the above Bonuses may be offered to you on a complimentary basis or when you complete certain actions on the Website (for example by you opting in to a promotion or placing a minimum Bet on a particular market). If specific rules apply to such Bonuses, these will be made available to you at the relevant time and you should read the specific rules in combination with these Bonus Rules.
3. Expiry of Bonuses: Unless specified otherwise in specific rules, Bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of notification and, once claimed, will expire if not used in full within 7 days. Bonuses cannot be reinstated once expired.
4. Unless otherwise specified in specific Bonus rules, Free Bet Tokens:
a) may be used to Bet on sportsbook only and cannot be used to wager on Games and/or sportsbook virtual sports;
b) may only be used to place a bet of the same value as the applicable Free Bet Token;
c) may only be used one at a time;
d) may only be used at odds of 1.01 or greater;
e) can only be used on singles or accumulators with two or more legs, so are not valid on combination and multiple bets such as Lucky 15s;
f) cannot be used on each-way, multiples, forecasts and/or tricast bets;
g) use may be limited to certain sportsbook markets and/or types of bets;
h) use by an individual account holder may be limited due to trading restrictions;
i) cannot be used to claim any Bonus;
j) cannot be withdrawn as cash; and
k) will not be returned as a stake on a winning Bet.
5. Free Spins:
a) may be used to Wager on selected Games only and cannot be used to place Bets;
b) cannot be used to claim any Bonus;
c) cannot be withdrawn as cash;
d) may be limited to certain Games;
e) may be subject to wagering requirements.
6. Live Casino Bonus:
a) may be used to Wager on selected Live Casino Games only and cannot be used to place Bets;
b) cannot be used to claim any Bonus;
c) cannot be withdrawn as cash;
d) may be limited to certain Live Casino Games; and
e) may be subject to wagering requirements.
7. Account Balance: The following rules apply to your Account balance (which includes any deposits and cash winnings):
a) your balance can be withdrawn at any time (subject to our rights to temporarily withhold payments as further set out in section 5 of the Website Terms and Conditions);
b) we endeavour to credit cash winnings to your Account within 5 minutes (and in any event within 72 hours of a Bet being settled); and
c) your balance can be used on all Website offerings.
7. General Rules: The following general rules apply to any Bonus:
a) all Bonuses are available at our discretion and we reserve the right to restrict the availability of any Bonus to any person as specified in the applicable rules. Any such restriction will not impact Members who have already started placing Bets or Wagers under a Bonus.
b) unless specified otherwise, Bonuses only allow participation once from each Member and cannot be used in conjunction with or in combination with other promotion, special or Bonus offered by LiveScore Bet in relation to that event or Game. In respect of such Bonuses, if we detect that any Member has created more than one Account (including in order to take part in a Bonus multiple times, in breach of these Rules) or is claiming (or taking part in) a Bonus for the benefit of a group of people, we shall be entitled to close any such Accounts (and void any Bonus, Bet, refunds and/or related winnings);
c) any Member who is self-excluded will not be eligible to receive a Bonus. Players who self-exclude: (i) during the course of placing a Bet which is eligible for a Bonus; or (ii) after a Bonus has been placed but before any winnings have been credited (whether as cash or as Free Bet Tokens) will not be eligible to receive their winnings (whether as cash or as Free Bet Tokens);
d) by accepting any Bonus, you agree to be bound by these Bonus Rules and any applicable rules made available to you when participating to receive a Bonus and/or before or on accepting a Bonus. You must also comply with the Website Terms and Conditions) at all times (including, but not limited to, section 8 relating to Member conduct and section 10 relating to Bonuses). Failure to comply with the Website Terms and Conditions) may render any Bonus offered to you as void;
e) if (based on reasonable evidence) we find that you have breached any Bonus offer terms, we may render Bonuses, bets, refunds and/or related winnings in your Member account void, and, in the case of serious or persistent breaches, we reserve the right to close your Member account;
f) we reserve the right to withdraw, amend and/or void any Bonus if necessary, as a result of a change in law or regulation, if required to do so by a regulator, and/or in the case of a Malfunction;
g) you can only take part in a maximum of one of our welcome offers or any other welcome offer restricted to new Members of LiveScore Bet sportsbook or casino as made available from time to time; and
h) any terms not defined in these Rules shall be given the same meaning as set out in the Website Terms and Conditions).
